Warranty
Except for food, all Kara Sardegna products are covered by 24-month warranty for defects, according to Legislative Decree no. 24 of February 2, 2002.
For retailers, or those who in any way purchase for resale to third parties, the warranty period is 12 months.
Kara Sardegna does not sell products used, irregular, with defects in materials or workmanship or inferior to the corresponding quality standards offered on the market. The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each item card. The images and colors of products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the real for the Internet browser or monitor used.
Broken or manufacturing defects occurring within 24 months from the date of purchase and attributable to the company after a careful review by our technicians, will be entitled to free compensation (or replaced with a new supply) no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of request.
In the case of food products, should this be altered from their original characteristics or inedible, Kara SARDEGNA® is still committed to replace the item with a new supply at its own expense no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.
